July Cocktail Corner- Orange Sangria

Orange Sangria

2 bottles dry white wine
3/4 cup of Brandy
1 can ginger ale
1 Lemon, sliced
1 Orange, halved and sliced
1 can Club Soda

Combine Wine, Brandy & Ginger ale in a large pitcher. Stir in lemon and orange slices. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
To serve, pour sangria into ice-filled glasses. If desired, top with club soda. Garnish each glass with an orange slice.

June Cocktail Corner- Coconut Rum Lemonade

1 1/2 cups ice cubes
3 tablespoons of frozen lemonade concentrate
2 tablespoons Malibu
Lime wedge

Mix ingredients together in a blender. Top with a lime wedge and enjoy!

May Cocktail Corner- Blueberry Margarita

Blueberry Margarita

1/4 cup of fresh blueberries
1 ounce fresh lime juice
4 ounces tequila
1.5 ounces simple syrup
Splash of orange bitters

Rim glass with Kosher salt. In a cocktail shaker muddle the blueberries and lime juice . Once berries are pulverised add tequila, simple syrup, bitters, and a handful of ice to the shaker. Shake, pour and enjoy!

Double Cream

Fill a shot glass 3/4 full with Chambord, finish topping it off with cream. Sprinkle a little sugar on top, knock it back and enjoy!

March Cocktail Corner- El Diablo

1 can (12 oz.) frozen lemonade
18 oz. white tequila
8 oz. Crème de cassis
6 oz water
18 oz. ginger beer

Mix the frozen lemonade,
tequila, cassis, and water
together in a large pitcher. Add the ginger beer immediately before serving. Serve over ice and garnish with blackberries.

November Cocktail Corner - Caramel Candy Cocktail

Caramel Candy Cocktail

1/2 ounce cognac
3/4 ounce vanilla liqueur
3/4 ounce salted caramel vodka
1/2 ounce half and half
sugar for rim

Rim martini lass with sugar. Shake ingredients together with ice. Strain them into glass. Enjoy!

September Cocktail Corner - Apple Cider Mimosas

Apple Cider Mimosas

2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. apple cider
1 bottle champagne
On a small plate, combine sugar and cinnamon. Dip champagne flutes in water to wet the rims, then dip in cinnamon sugar mixture.

Fill champagne flutes 1/4 full with apple cider, then top off with champagne.

Blackberry Lemon Gin & Tonic

12 blackberries        
20 mint leaves                                                            
2 lemons 
 1/4 cup simple syrup                  
12 ounces Gin                                                               
Tonic water & Ice   

Combine 3 blackberries, 5 mint leaves and juice from  1/2 of lemon and 1 tablespoon of simple syrup in each glass. Muddle ingredients. Fill each glass with ice. Add 3 ounces gin and stir. Top with tonic water and garnish with a slice of lemon, blackberry and mint leaves.

Champagne Popsicles

3/4 cup Barefoot Bubbly Berry Fusion
8-10 oz of mixed berries, (or any fruit you like!)
Fill popsicles molds half way up with Barefoot Bubbly Berry Fusion Layer each well with a variety of fruit

Cover top of popsicle mold with foil                       
Insert a popsicle stick; insert popsicle stick  
Transfer to freezer and chill until frozen solid, about 2-4 hours

Mason Jar Mojitos

— mint leaves
— lime juice
— sugar
— white rum
— ice
— club soda

Place mint leaves in the bottom of the mason jar and bruise slightly with a spoon. Add lime juice and sugar. Mix together to dissolve sugar. Add the rum and fill the glass halfway with ice. Top with club soda and stir.
